We start with our signature crisp almond shortbread base. Inside, you will find a soft sponge cake layered with a sweet and tangy handmade vanilla apricot vanilla jam. We then cover it all in a smooth blond chocolate cream that tastes just like rich, milky dulce de leche. To top it off, we add playful drops of our homemade jam and sweet blond chocolate rings.
