ORDER CANCELLATION AND REFUND
Our tarts and ingredients are especially prepared for your order, our Chefs always try their best to prepare the cream, fillings and decoration in advance. As such, we do not encourage any last-minute cancellation.
However, we shall accept order cancellation under the following conditions:
- If order cancelation request is sent to us 7 days or more before the original Pickup/Delivery date, 90% of the total order value can be refunded or postpone the order to a later date.
- If order cancelation request is sent to us less than 7 days before the original Pickup/Delivery date, the order will not be refunded but we will agree to Postpone the order to a later date.
- If order cancelation request is sent to us less than 2 days before the original Pickup/Delivery date, the order will not be refunded or postponed.
Tartes & Pop will issue the refund to the same payment method used when order was placed.
Previously postponed orders cannot be refunded. We reserve the right to accept/reject any additional change (item, delivery address, date or time) requested to already postponed orders.
We do not accept refund of gift cards.
Items sold in our shop or online are not exchangeable.
DAMAGES AND ISSUES
Please inspect your order immediately upon reception and contact us immediately if the tarts or boxes are damaged, melted or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
